The tool makes it possible to assess the degree of visits’ conversion into recalls and compare the visits and prescriptions recalls among doctors who are visited and those who are not visited by company representative 

 

PromoCOMPAS is a powerful tool based on data collected from a large sample of doctors. It allows you to evaluate the effectiveness of a field force by the type of recalls:  

  • Reps visits 
  • Prescriptions 
  • All promos

 

Performance measures: 

  • The share of those who recall the visit of your Company’s medical representative (hereinafter referred to as the Reps visits) and the share of those who prescribe your Company’s products to patients. This indicator is the key to assessing the effectiveness of the Reps visits. If it is high, it means that the visits are effective and influence doctors’ decisions to prescribe the Company’s products. 
  • The share of those who recall a visit of your Company’s or competitor’s Reps visits among doctors who are visited / not visited by the Company’s Reps. This indicator is important for a comparative assessment of the types of recall of you and your competitors among the Target Audience. 
  • The share of those who recall your Company among visiting/non-visiting doctors: This indicator allows you to assess the effectiveness of visits by representatives in the context of various medical specialties. If the indicator for a certain specialty is higher than for others, it means that the companie‘s visits are more effective in this specialty. 
  • The proportion of brands recalls by doctors both for your Company and competitors. This indicator allows you to assess the level of awareness of doctors about the company’s brands and its competitors. If the share of the company’s brands is lower than that of its competitors, it means that the company should take measures to increase doctors’ awareness of its brand. 
  • The share of doctors who recall a visit from your company or a competitor by region. This indicator allows you to evaluate the effectiveness of visits by MPs in different regions. If the rate in a particular region is lower than in others, the company should take steps to improve the effectiveness of its visits in that region. 

 

PromoCOMPAS in Ukraine is based on data from a sample of doctors in 17 specialties in 28 cities of Ukraine. The data is collected through an online survey and a telephone calls to doctors.
