The group of companies Proxima Research International and Medical Data Management (MDM) has confirmed its status as the top-ranked research agency in Ukraine by marketing research volume in 2025. The ranking is based on official reports from member companies of the Ukrainian Association of Marketing (UMA) and was published in the annual analytical market review.
The research methodology includes the analysis of consolidated data from research agencies, with a focus on revenue generated specifically from marketing research (separately from social research), elimination of double counting between companies, and exclusion of operations not related to the Ukrainian market. The ranking sample included 30 companies.

One of the key trends of the year was the growth in total revenue of research companies and increasing demand for marketing research. The leadership of Proxima Research and MDM highlights the growing importance of specialized analytics, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector — one of the most data-driven segments of the economy. The group’s companies are developing proprietary analytical platforms and implementing AI solutions, as data is increasingly becoming a key factor of business competitiveness.
Today, the market requires fast and accurate insights that help companies respond quickly to changes, identify new opportunities, and make informed decisions. The UMA review reflects these transformations and the growing role of data in modern business.
According to survey participants’ forecasts, in 2026 the key factors will continue to be data quality, processing speed, and the use of analytics in operational activities.
