The 29th Kazakhstan International Healthcare Exhibition “KIHE 2024”

The 29th Kazakhstan International Healthcare Exhibition “KIHE 2024” took place in Almaty from May 15 to 17. During this time, Almaty became the center of attention for the medical community.

KIHE is the largest platform in Central Asia where specialists from the medical and pharmaceutical fields gather to exchange knowledge and experience. The exhibition provides a unique opportunity to discuss current issues with the participation of representatives from governmental structures, major companies, and medical institutions.

One of the key events of the exhibition was a roundtable discussion on the topic “Analysis and Development Prospects of the Pharmaceutical Market. Regulatory Mechanisms. Collaboration between Import and Domestic Production”, where Ekaterina Markova, Director of Proxima Research Kazakhstan, presented her report “Overview of Sales Market of Domestic Manufacturers for the 1st Quarter of 2024”.

During her presentation, Ekaterina shared the results of the analytical project Market Audit, which included:

• Market volumes and dynamics of retail sales (Sell-Out);
• Ratings of domestic marketing organizations and brands;
• Retail and hospital consumption by regions.
