Business Lunch by Proxima Research Uzbekistan: Brand Development Amidst Healthcare System Modernization

On May 28, 2024, von the topic: “Brand Development Amidst Healthcare System Modernization.” The event gathered over 30 representatives from the pharmaceutical industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan to discuss key development trends in the industry.

 

The business lunch addressed the following topics:

  • A new generation of technological innovations in the pharmaceutical business
  • Trends and transformations in the retail market
  • Analysis of promotion strategies
  • Panel discussion: “How the Structure of the Retail Market is Changing During the Modernization of the Healthcare System in Uzbekistan”

The event began with a welcome speech by Vitaliy Kim, Director of Proxima Research Uzbekistan, who also presented a study on the market trends in Uzbekistan in 2024, based on data from the Market Audit project.

 

 

Additionally, two colleagues from the main office in Kyiv (Ukraine) attended the event to present their reports:

  • Victoria Spivak, Chief Commercial Officer of Proxima Research, shared technological innovations in the pharmaceutical business from conferences in the USA and Europe.
  • Tatiana Draha, Product Manager of the Promo Test & RxTest projects, presented an analysis of pharmaceutical brand promotion strategies.

 

Additionally, in the online format, Tetiana Sandulovich, Client Business Partner MDM, joined to talk about NPS in the pharmaceutical business – brand loyalty assessment, and how it impacts company performance.

 

The official part of the panel discussion was concluded, moderated by Davron Mavlyanov, Key Account Manager at Proxima Research Uzbekistan, with experts from Adamed, Grand Farm, and Dakon companies. During the dialogue, participants discussed how the structure of the retail market is changing during the modernization of the healthcare system in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
