Proxima Research partnered with the Third International Pharmaceutical Forum of Uzbekistan, held on May 30th and 31st, 2024, in Tashkent, gathering over 250 leaders of the pharmaceutical market. The forum attracted major manufacturers, distributors, government bodies, regulatory authorities, technology licensing entities, legal experts, consulting specialists, and other pharmaceutical industry professionals to discuss the prospects of Uzbekistan’s pharmaceutical market.
Over the course of three years, the event has established itself as a key platform for exchanging cutting-edge experiences, best practices, innovative methods, and technologies among international and local participants in the pharmaceutical market. With a special focus on the development of Uzbekistan’s pharmaceutical industry, its investment opportunities, manufacturing localization, and the establishment of joint ventures, as well as government policies for the development of local manufacturing, the introduction of GMP, GVP, GDP standards, drug pricing processes, digital marking, and monitoring systems for the circulation of medicinal products.
During the forum’s second session, titled “Trends in the Development of the Pharmaceutical Market: Innovations and the Future”, Victoria Spivak, the Chief Commercial Officer of Proxima Research, presented a report titled “A New Generation of Technological Innovations: Challenges and Solution Strategies”, dedicated to international trends in the pharmaceutical industry, freshly brought from conferences in USA and Europe. In addition to innovative insights, Victoria presented analytical data on promotional activity based on the Promo Test & Rx Test projects, as well as information on the coverage of physicians, pharmacies, and healthcare facilities based on the most comprehensive Axioma database.
