Proxima Research Hosts First Business Lunch in Brazil: “Maximize Sales with End-to-End Customer Management and Stop Juggling with Multiple Apps”

On June 13, 2024, in São Paulo, Proxima Research held its inaugural business lunch in Latin America, themed “Maximize Sales with End-to-End Customer Management and Stop Juggling with Multiple Apps”. The event brought together representatives from Brazil’s pharmaceutical market to discuss strategies for effective customer relationship management to achieve business goals in a competitive sales environment.

At business lunch, pharmaceutical sales and marketing executives learned how to build a reliable and functional interaction ecosystem crucial for boosting sales. Attendees also gained insights into the latest trends for sustainable success and exceeding sales targets.

The event kicked off with a presentation by Juan Borras, Regional Sales Manager at “Proxima Research” USA, which addressed current trends and pressing issues facing pharmaceutical companies globally.

Larissa Ribeiro, Key Account Manager at “Proxima Research” LatAm, elaborated on modern approaches to building business ecosystems that help unlock the potential of pharmaceutical companies.

Nick Kasianiuk, Product Manager for Proxima Cloud CRM, participated as an online expert to answer questions from the attendees. He also highlighted that Proxima Research has officially become an AWS Partner, validated in the Software Path. This designation confirms the stability, reliability, and security of Proxima Cloud CRM’s enterprise infrastructures, which are built on Amazon Web Services (AWS).Proxima Research has demonstrated deep AWS technical expertise and proven customer success in the specialized healthcare industry. All AWS Partners are vetted and validated against rigorous standards to achieve the AWS Competency designation through the Foundation Technical Review (FTR) by AWS.

Renata Correa, Marketing Manager at “Natco Farma” and Mohit Chhabra, Vice President and CIO of Emerging Markets, “Dr Reddy’s Laboratories” were special guests who shared their company’s experiences of using Proxima Cloud CRM.
