Proxima Research International, adhering to the outlined strategy of expanding its presence and becoming a global provider of data, technologies and services for healthcare, announces the opening of a new international office in the EU – Bratislava (Slovakia). This will allow the company to become even closer to its customers.
Sergey Baranov has been appointed to the position of Proxima Research Global Market Access Director in Slovakia after 3 years of successful experience in managing the business of Proxima Research in Ukraine and Belarus as Commercial Director.
Mr. Baranov has more than 15 years of experience in the international pharmaceutical business and possesses expert understanding and significant experience in commercial processes, project management, successful implementation of global initiatives as well as active coordination of cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Commenting on his appointment, Mr. Baranov noted: “As the leader of the European international team of Proxima Research, I will continue to develop data, technologies and services for the pharmaceutical business and healthcare around the world.”
Grzegorz Ornowski, an international pharmaceutical market expert with 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical markets of the EU and developing countries, has been appointed to the position of Global Account and Alliances Director of the Proxima Research European office.
Mr. Ornowski has tremendous hands-on experience in pharmaceuticals (including biotechnology), medical devices, dietary supplements and cosmetics, as well as in sales, marketing, commercial activities, distribution and strategic planning. His main responsibilities include partnerships development and expanding the company’s presence across the key markets.
In 2021, Proxima Research International actively expanded its presence in the countries of the LATAM (Latin America) and MENA (Middle East and North Africa, countries of the Middle East and North Africa) regions, making data, innovative technologies and services available for pharmaceutical companies all over the world.
